AIR, Thrissur selects complaints for “Eka Jaalakam” based on the social significance of the issue and the intensity of  the violation of rights of an individual or a community. These complaints are sent to the respective department/ office heads for a response. If the authority concerned does not respond or reply within the specified time, the complaint will be forwarded to the concerned Ministry of the State/ Central Governments. Selected complaints and their replies will be broadcast in “EKA JAALAKAM” at 7.35 pm on 1st and 3rd Wednesdays.This programme will be repeated on succeeding Sundays.  The complaints and the replies will also be published in Thrissur AIR’s  blog –jaagrata.blogspot.com for public display.
